After 8 years at the helm, our General Manager John Harper has decided to retire to enjoy a more leisurely life and to enjoy his passions of sailing, singing and travel.

During the past eight years the Hotel has seen many changes under his direction, complete redecoration, a new conservatory increased standards and the development of a thriving wedding trade. The  new general manager, Carl will take a hand-over from John in early August to ensure a firm footing to continue the work started by John.

We wish John a long and happy retirement and Bonne Voyage !
